Since 2004, Pedro Maia with his p.ma project has been developing live cinema concept, manipulating images in real time and interacting with sound. This project already collaborated with several musicians such as Panda Bear (Animal Collective), Lee Ranaldo (Sonic Youth), Jacaszek, Joy Orbison, Thomas Brinkmann, Evols, Labrador, and performed in venues like Serralves Contemporary Art Museum, Sónar festival, Unsound Festival, Contemporary Cultural Center of Valencia, Curtas Vila do Conde Film Festival, among others venues and festivals.
